Radhiyan is an education practitioner and policy professional with a strong commitment to advancing equitable access to quality education in Indonesia. He holds a Master’s degree in Education from Harvard University, building on experiences that span teaching, community engagement, research, and public policy.
His journey in education began as a Pengajar Muda with Gerakan Indonesia Mengajar in the Yapen Islands, Papua, an experience that deepened his interest in addressing educational inequality and later shaped his work in research at J-PAL and Institut Harkat Negeri. A Political Science graduate from the University of Indonesia and a former ASEAN Young Ambassador, Radhiyan continues to explore how education, evidence, and policy can work together to create more meaningful opportunities for communities across Indonesia.
