Ajeng is an urban and regional planning professional specializing in socio-economic impact analysis, ESG frameworks, and policy analysis. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Diponegoro University. Through her background as an ESG Impact Analyst for PLN’s biomass planting program, Ajeng developed deep expertise in drafting ESG Impact Assessment documentation and navigating the operational business processes of biomass cultivation. At TMPI, she serves as a Policy Analyst, leveraging this technical grounding to advise the team on economic, social, and governance dimensions while delivering strategic insights on regional and social issues.
