An Oxford-educated public policy professional, Alfi brings experience across international development and public sector governance. Her work has spanned large-scale transformations, strategic planning, and results delivery across Asia Pacific, Africa, and the United Kingdom. Alfi’s professional background includes roles at the World Bank, the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change, and Public Digital UK. While working on a range of specific issues, she deliberately maintains a generalist perspective—equipping her to engage across diverse sectors and levels of government, from foreign to domestic affairs. This breadth is underpinned by academic training in Public Policy and International Relations at the University of Oxford and the University of Indonesia. The Merah Putih Initiative (TMPI) is a ‘calling’ to do more for her country.
